The full contact stainless steel double-deck internal floating roof adopt beamless structure design, where the module units is arranged and connected in staggered form, and the honeycomb core is set in the module unit; the module units are welded by full welding process and undergo gas tightness test to ensure that the module unit is free from any leakage points. The upper and lower surfaces of the floating roof are flat, the lower surface of the floating deck is in full contact with the oil, and the assembly seams on the upper surface is sealed. There will be no space for oil gas to volatilize.
The module units of full contact stainless steel double-deck internal floating roof using fully automated welding technology. With automatic argon arc welding for the standing edges and automatic laser welding for the floating roof cover plate. The box of unit module is completely sealed, eliminating the possibility of media entering inside through the gap in the cover plate of internal floating roof.
